My Interview with Steve, Brent, and Jayson from Drunk in Love

Tonight I’m heading to the Silver Bullet to interview my favorite threesome, Steve, Brent, and Jayson. I want to know what their New Year’s resolutions are for 2015.

Since moving to New Orleans, Steve and Brent have been working hard to bring the Silver Bullet new and exciting shows. But tonight, they’re doing something special. The three of them are going to dance and I can’t wait to see Jayson up on stage sandwiched between the beautiful wolves. He usually hates being in the lime light – unlike Steve and Brent – but he can never turn down his mates. Which is lucky for me.

Arriving at the club always puts butterflies in my stomach. I rarely get the opportunity to see all the guys. Whenever I do, it’s like coming home. I always feel welcome. Since finding the Silver Bullet almost a year ago, New Orleans has been my second home.

Walking toward the front door, Michael Moriarty, the polar bear bouncer is standing vigilant, checking ID’s. As I get closer, the man seems to get even taller. Even though I’m wearing heels – boosting my 5’3 inch frame to 5’7 inches – I still barely reach his chest. I have my ID at the ready, but the man merely waves me in with a big smile on his face. Do I really look that old? I’m actually a little offended. I wanted him to check my license.

Stepping over the threshold and walking into the Silver Bullet automatically puts a smile on my face. I can’t help it. Between the music and the half-naked bodies running around, I’m in heaven. It’s the best eye candy I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. Trust me, if you ever get the opportunity to visit this club, you should.

As I dance my way toward the main bar, I see a lot of old friends. The pack Alpha, Gideon Channing is on the dance floor with his mate, Josh Gordon. The go-go dancers – Blake, Zack, and Casey – are inside metal cages moving to the beat. I even catch a glimpse of Andrew, Charles, Jack, and Oscar escorting their True Matches down to the dungeon. As I get closer to the bar, I can see Jayson and Liam serving the patrons. There’s a huge crowd. I try to stay patient, but I was really hoping to have a seat at the bar especially since the boys will be dancing on top of the shiny surface. Just when I’m thinking about pushing my way through the crowd, Steve and Brent see me.

“Olivia!” They both yell my name.

“Steve! Brent!” The crowd parts like the Red Sea allowing me to walk straight to them. And of course, they saved me a seat.

“Thank you.”

“Of course, sweetheart.” Steve grins at me and honestly, I really love the pet name. But that’s Steve. He’s a really nice guy.

“What do you want to drink?” Brent asked me as he waved Jayson over.

“I’m not sure.” I’m not much of a drinker.

“Shots!” Steve yelled out and the crowd around us all cheered and whistled.

Steve’s wild spirit is addictive and I find myself eagerly agreeing even though I’m a lightweight. I watch as Jayson grabs a bottle of tequila (Hornitos) off the shelf. He winks at me as he starts filling a line of shots. The little wink is probably him telling me, good luck. And Lord knows I need it. If I’m going to hang out with these guys, I’ve got to keep up. At this point, I say a little prayer to the alcohol gods that I’ll make it out of the Silver Bullet without puking.

“Do you need training wheels?” Jayson asked and I nod. Hell yeah, I need lots of salt and lime to make the tequila go down smoothly.

“Wimp.” Steve bumps his shoulder into mine, teasing me, but that’s okay. It’s the truth. I’m a wimp. I’m not too proud to admit that. “Jay, you should probably do a shot, baby. We’re going to be dancing soon.” Steve passed Jayson one of the glasses and he groaned before downing the alcohol. “He needs liquid courage.”

“Oh, hush.” Jayson rolls his eyes heavenward and his mate’s both laugh.

He doesn’t stop at one shot though. Jayson grabs another shooter and downs it in one gulp. The poor guy does look a little nervous and although I want to give him an out, I really want to see the three of them dance. So, I don’t say anything. I lick the salt off my hand, down the tequila, and bite the lime. Ouch! Holy hell, the liquor burns a path down my throat. Before I can even recover, Steve puts another shot glass in front of me.

“What’s your New Year’s resolution?” It’s probably better to ask the questions now. Lord knows by the time the three finish dancing I’ll be slurring my words. I probably won’t even remember to ask. It’s now or never.

Steve starts laughing almost as if he can read my thoughts. “One more shot and then I’ll answer your questions.”

“This is blackmail.” I grumbled as I pick up the lethal liquid.

Taking a deep breath, I lift my glass before downing the shot. Fuck! The burn doesn’t get better. The trail of lava flows down my throat, sitting heavy in my stomach. The night has just begun and I’m already starting to feel tipsy. I’m doomed.

“New Year’s resolution.” I remind Steve as I show him the empty glass.

“Another round, Jay!” Steve demands before turning toward me. “Okay…Let’s see…” He pauses for a minute, thinking it over. His face turns serious before he finally says, “More naked time with my boys.”

“Seriously?” I didn’t need to come to the Silver Bullet to figure that out. Steve’s predictable. He wants more sex. Although in truth, I didn’t come to chat. I want to see the show. “I don’t want anything else.” He shrugs his shoulders. “I work and I play. I love Brent and Jayson. I just want to spend more time with my boys.”

“What about you, Brent? What’s your New Year’s resolution?”

“I don’t know. I’m happy. I have everything I need right here with Steve and Jayson. I wouldn’t change a thing and I don’t want to ask for more. I’m blessed.”

It’s hard to argue with that. They’re happy. Most people I know want to start exercising and eating healthy. Hell, I say that each year and fail miserably. If I had a sexy mate or mates, I would want to spend more time naked. When the song changed and the first few notes of, Drunk in Love, came on, the tone inside the club changed. Hollering and cheering rang out as men rushed toward the bar. Steve and Brent winked at me before climbing up onto the bar. They moved around erotically, touching each other before finally pulling Jayson up. Damn it. Looking up, I was mesmerized. The three of them together was a beautiful sight.

All the questions I had planned disappeared, but it didn’t matter. I was at the Silver Bullet with a front row seat.
